Philosophy Sunrise Terrace Care Center is a locally owned, rural home governed by a Board of Directors. Sunrise is the resident's home, so they choose how they want to live their lives. What the residents want, the resident gets as long as it is not illegal, immoral, unethical and/or a detriment to their health.
